Streamline the Offering for Data Foundation:
We focus on simplifying the data offerings to make it more accessible and efficient for customers. This includes employee, organizational, external partner data, external workforce reporting, and replacement of some products with better options. The objective is to ensure stable operations of existing solutions and provide customers with more advanced options for consuming P&C data. The measurement data and calculated metrics are designed to be reusable and agnostic to the BI platform. Additionally, a portfolio overview of all technologies and skills data is provided to give a complete picture of the data foundation.
Streamline the User Experience:
Our objective is to improve the overall user experience by enhancing product and solution monitoring, streamlining service management, and simplifying compliance, legal and security processes. By having common BI platforms and understanding customers' needs, the aim is to provide a seamless user experience. Community engagement and communication is also a crucial aspect of this streamlining effort.

Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst with knowledge and experience as the coordinator, as this is also the role that the person will need to take.
