What You'll Do
We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our Distribution team. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in ensuring that amo meets its growth targets. In the social space, distribution is particularly important because driving engagement among user groups is core the the company’s success.

In this role, you will manage growth for all channels, across multiple applications, and dozens of countries.
Your day-to-day will include:
User Acquisition & Campaign Management
You’ll partner closely with the rest of the Distribution team to create and execute various strategies to drive user acquisition across all channels and platforms, while tracking DAU growth targets and CPI objectives daily to ensure goals are met.
Budget & Performance Management
You’ll oversee a substantial UA budget, so you’ll interpret data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions to adjust UA strategies as necessary to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Creative & Market Analysis
You’ll regularly review and analyze creatives to identify trends and optimize performance, which means staying informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies is also a core part of your job.
Your Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in user acquisition with a track record of meeting DAU growth and CPI objectives for mobile apps (social or dating space is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage and optimize high UA budgets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and identify trends.
- Ability to analyze creatives and identify effective trends.
- Experience working closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
