Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional technical support to French-speaking clients in-person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
Assist customers with setup, installation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment
Document interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system
Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on optimizing their audiovisual experiences
Work collaboratively with other technical and support teams to escalate complex issues
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in audiovisual technology
Uphold company policies while ensuring a high standard of customer service
Requirements
Fluency in French and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Previous experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in the audiovisual sector
Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to convey technical information clearly to clients
Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is an advantage
