Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to French-speaking clients in-person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Assist customers with setup, installation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment
  • Document interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system
  • Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on optimizing their audiovisual experiences
  • Work collaboratively with other technical and support teams to escalate complex issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in audiovisual technology
  • Uphold company policies while ensuring a high standard of customer service

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in the audiovisual sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is an advantage
