Role Description
As Marketing Manager, oversee store layout and product displays to ensure they align with branding and marketing strategies.Identify and address marketing issues through root cause analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and leveraging data analysis tools to gain deeper insights. Conduct SWOT analysis and market studies to explore new opportunities and assess the feasibility of new products or initiatives.
To maintain a competitive edge, benchmark against competitors and stay up-to-date on industry trends.Collaborate with sales and operations departments to align marketing efforts with their goals and KPIs. Continuously track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments based on performance data.
Strategize, communicate, and implement marketing projects that support business objectives. Develop corporate branding strategies and coordinate product launches to strengthen market offerings. Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring collaboration and timely project completion. Additionally, assist in customer experience audits to maintain consistent and high-quality engagement across all channels. Finally, conduct bi-monthly and monthly assessments of subordinates to monitor their performance and foster a positive work environment.
