Position: Social Media Management Intern
Work Location: Remote (Anywhere worldwide)
Duration: 3 months (10-15 hrs per week).

Job Description:
This internship offers a valuable opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, and social media management. You will create strategic marketing initiatives, and work on content-based projects that will have a meaningful impact on our business. You will do extensive research and provide ideas to build brand awareness for a start-up company like FIND Services. You will handle all social media pages, schedule posts, and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
We are a collaborative team, so constant communication is required. Make sure you can commit to this internship, as slow communication or slow delivery of tasks will not be tolerated. NO SLACKING!!!
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Come up with post ideas to increase engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers.
- Create marketing campaigns, and create adverts and promotional materials to increase awareness and drive user engagement.
- Provide monthly analysis reports showcasing insights of the company's socials like accounts reached and total followers gained within a particular period. Report and showcase high-performing posts and provide opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor social media trends and keep up-to-date with new social media developments to implement the latest tactics on our social media channels
- Design graphics and illustrations, that effectively communicate FIND's brand message and values.
Requirements:
- At least +3 years of social media management experience
- Proficiency in social media tools and software like Meta Ads, Buffer, Notion, or similar tools
- Basic design skills using software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc, or similar tools
- Basic video creation skills using software like FinalCut Pro, CapCut, Inshot, or similar tools
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, including planning and content creation
- Ability to write engaging captions and use trending hashtags to boost brand awareness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Possess relentless drive for continuous learning, and growth with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
