High Ticket Sales SDR - Real Estate Marketing in MEXICO

Fully Remote - Full-Time Position


Compensation: $30,000 – $60,000 Annually


Position Summary

The sales position is the most vital position to the business. This position is the revenue maker for the company and a large component of the relationship we have with our clients. As a Sales Development Representative, you will need to be a competitive, proactive, and driven individual to succeed in this role. You will conduct sales calls with potential real estate professionals and recommend Brand My Agent’s marketing services based on their individual needs or goals and set a Demo Call appointment to get the "close". You will work closely with our team of closers, the sales manager, and members of our customer success team.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Being the initial point of contact to qualify outbound and inbound prospects.
  • Every minute you are not operating on a scheduled appointment, you will generate cold and warm outreach to create new client interaction, as an appointment setter and Intro-Call maker.
  • Recommend and sell Brand My Agent’s services and partnership program for leads based on their individual needs.
  • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential clients.
  • Communicate with leads using company-allocated recorded communication channels (Loom videos, Zoom meetings, company email, company phone line calls, and texting).
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry and the interests of the real estate professionals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with past leads and potential clients to facilitate sales.
  • Build new relationships with clients through networking, CRM database, and company social platforms. (We will provide the leads for you.)
  • Use data to help clients understand how our products and services can help them achieve their goals.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of all prospect interactions through company CRM.


NOTE: You will have the amazing benefit of selling a mind-boggling offer where the guarantees for the client are huge and their downside is minimal. But at the same time, only the highest performing reps will remain in the company and keep the benefit of selling such an offer.   • Strong computer skills and highly proficient Google Workspace, CRMs (GoHighLevel), and Zoom
  • Outstanding organization and administrative accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make presentations
  • Ability to think individually as well as collaborate with other team members
  • Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently
  • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address client’s needs and concerns
  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales promptly
  • Passionate about selling and persuasion skills. Coachable and open to continuing education via courses and training that will be provided with time.


Education And Experience

  • Sales experience (Preferred)
  • Sales and marketing education, courses, certifications, and passion (Preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge or enthusiasm of the luxury real estate industry, real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals in the real estate industry. (Preferred)
