We are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to provide 1st level support to all company employees across the 10 different countries. This role is based at our office in Frascati, Italy, with occasional travel for on-site support.

This position is open to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99 (“Rules for the right to work of disabled people”).

Tasks and activities

The scope of work will include:

  • Provisioning of computer systems and telephony for new employees, creation of user accounts and access to network resources.
  • Develop IT training plans and provide initial IT training for new employees.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and install Microsoft Windows computer systems (PC / Laptops).
  • Configure and automate software installations.
  • Aiding and supporting our user community for the technical and functional use of the services and applications.
  • Log time and problem resolutions via IT ticket system.
  • Basic Network configurations.
  • Support in planning and implementation of multi-scale projects.


Skills and experience

The following skills and experience are mandatory:

  • Relevant qualification in the field of IT/Computer Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in the following:
  • ITIL Methodology
  • Office 365 account management, Email, Teams, SharePoint
  • Active directory / Azure Active Directory
  • Windows and software installation / troubleshooting
  • Automated deployment tools, Mobile device management, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot
  • Experience with Team Viewer or other remote support tools
  • Microsoft Certification
  • Detail-oriented, hardworking, and enthusiastic mindset.
  • Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
  • Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
