We are a leading company in the field of cranial and spinal technologies, committed to revolutionizing healthcare through innovative software solutions. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our software through rigorous unit testing, adhering to FDA standards and procedures. You will collaborate closely with our team of developers and architects to drive feature creation and enhancement, making valuable contributions to our products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests for our cranial and spinal technology products, ensuring compliance with FDA standards.

Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improving unit test coverage and effectiveness.

Support feature creation and enhancement by delivering high-quality, reliable unit tests.

Integrate unit testing into our development process, working closely with other developers and architects to ensure its efficacy.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in unit testing, incorporating them into our development processes.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on unit test coverage and effectiveness.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in C++ development.

Proficiency in React/redux.

Strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Experience with unit testing, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical devices.

Interview Process

Initial 20-minute screening call with our recruiter.

Followed by a 30-minute video interview with our recruiter.

Technical screening with our hiring manager and a member of our developer staff.

Competitive hourly pay starting from $70.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Location:

Remote flexibility available, with relocation to Lafayette, CO required for in-person work.
