Job Description:
As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across social channels, providing timely responses.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media posts and ads.
- Create a social media content calendar and generate unique post ideas.
- Handle copywriting for social media posts in English (US).
- Plan and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Quora etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and their impact on the business.
- Utilize social listening and sentiment analysis platforms to better understand scope and sentiment of social comments.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US) and in Hungarian.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva
- Knowledge of the domain industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
