Performance Marketing Analyst in EL SALVADOR

Job Summary:


We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst (Part-Time, Project-Based) from Latin America to join our team! If you're skilled in GA4 and Tableau, this is a great opportunity to work flexibly on exciting marketing projects. You’ll analyze performance data, create insightful dashboards, and provide actionable insights—working 20 hours per week, with the freedom to set your own schedule.

The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for creating intelligent business reports supported by data visualizations, demonstrating data governance practices, and conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights. This role requires proven experience with Google Analytics 4 to understand user engagement metrics related to marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Visualization and Reporting:
  • Create intelligent business reports using Tableau, supported by data visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time data insights for the marketing team.
  • Data Governance:
  • Implement and demonstrate data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Establish protocols for data management and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Exploratory Data Analysis:
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and other actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Google Analytics 4 Expertise:
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 to track and analyze user engagement metrics related to marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights on website performance, user behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Case Study Presentation:
  • Present an actual analytics report or case study that you created for a web property (client name can be redacted) to demonstrate your analytical skills and experience.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Tableau for creating business reports and data visualizations.
  • Strong understanding of data governance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct exploratory data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and understanding of user engagement metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • English proficiency (B2)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing data analyst role or similar position.
  • Knowledge of additional analytics tools and software.
  • Familiarity with SQL and other programming languages for data analysis.
