Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack developer
Our client is passionate about helping developers & product teams connect their users with what matters most in milliseconds!
We are looking for a fullstack software engineer to work on two of the most exciting products. This complex software solution is designed to scrape millions of webpages and extract structured data out of them.
Role
Your role will consist of:
Coming up with innovative solutions to help users
Executing experiments and A/B tests to choose the best possible solution
Mentoring junior software engineers and helping them grow
Designing & developing a scalable growth platform
Working with a wide range of teams to deliver a solid growth foundation
Improving engineering quality, processes and tooling
Helping define the team roadmap (we follow a bottom-up approach: we choose our own target metrics and the path to reach them)
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
Passion for solving complex challenges related to scaling and developing web crawlers for various use cases
Passion about delivering the best UX to diverse sets of users in various industries (engineers, marketers, merchandisers, etc.)
Mindset to take data driven decisions and analyzing impact of the changes you introduce
Ability to contribute across the stack, frontend as well as backend; note: it is good to have expertise on one part of the stack but ability to learn new technologies and be effective on both frontend and backend is important
Experience with TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS
Experience with NodeJS and Ruby
Experience with a background job processing system
Nice To Have
Experience working with and contributing to a design system
