Job Title: Graphic Designer with Print on Demand Expertise

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with expertise in Print on Demand to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design and a deep understanding of print on demand processes, Shopify, Etsy, and specifically the Printify platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.

About the Company:

Our client is an agency dedicated to delivering innovative marketing solutions to their clients. Their strategies focus on creativity, efficiency, and strategic planning to drive success in various marketing campaigns.

Availability: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including digital, print, and social media
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns
• Provide art direction and contribute innovative ideas to projects
• Execute designs from concept to final production, ensuring brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Assist with apparel production during busy periods
• Coordinate orders and delivery of products

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of Printify platform
• Knowledge of Print on Demand, Shopify, and Etsy
• Familiarity with Google Drive
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in specific design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Experience with print production processes
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and trends

Language Requirement:

• C1 Level of English proficiency
