We are currently seeking Senior Data Analysts / Data Scientists with a Focus on Marketing and Sales Analytics who are fluent in English to join our team.

Your profile:
- Fluency in English is required, and fluency in German would be a plus
- Several years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in the areas of marketing or sales
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and experience with AWS QuickSight for data visualization
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), especially S3, Redshift, and Sagemaker
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets
- Experience in conducting A/B tests and applying statistical methods
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns to enable data-driven decisions
- Build reports and dashboards for business data visualization using AWS QuickSight
- Develop machine learning models using Amazon Sagemaker to predict sales and customer behavior
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analyses to optimize marketing and sales activities
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales departments to drive data-based improvements
- Support the development and implementation of KPIs to measure the success of our products and campaigns
