Job duties
o Work directly with Media Manager and executive team to create comprehensive media strategies, budgets and campaign metrics.
Responsibilities associated to the duty:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies.
– Establish marketing programs.
– Estimate cost of projects.
– Provide estimate of costs
– Plan and manage budgets.
– Prepare budget and cost estimates.
– Monitor and evaluate.
– Produce reports.
o Use social media management tools to schedule organic posts on various social media platforms.
Responsibilities associated to the duty:
– Co-ordinate media services.
– Schedule activities.
– Implement marketing activities.
o Assist in media competitive analysis, media plan recommendations and media buying activities.

– Conduct analytical marketing studies.
– Monitor and evaluate.

– Prepare marketing plans.
– Consult with suppliers.
– Review quotations.
o Advise and present to clients on advertising promotion strategies.
o Negotiate the purchase of media space with media vendors and manage all related contracts and insertion orders.

– Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
– Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
o Launch and optimize advertisements based on the media plan.
