Role Overview: In your role, you will be essential in expanding our brands visual narrative through motion graphics and animation. Initially focusing on hands-on design work to deeply understand our brand's voice and aesthetic, you will then shift towards enhancing our digital marketing campaigns, social media content, explainer videos, and interactive web elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Quick creation of motion graphics and animation, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and content strategy.
• Engage in the design process from concept to completion, producing work that resonates with our audiences and amplifies our message.
• Develop visual strategies for digital advertising, social media, website, and marketing materials that utilize motion graphics to engage and inform.
• Collaborate with our marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across various platforms.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and the performance of motion graphics design initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in motion graphics design, illustrated with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animations and motion graphics work.
• Demonstrated ability to scale design initiatives and execute successful visual content strategies.
• Proficient in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Excellent storytelling and visual narrative skills, with the ability to adapt style to different video content types.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, video metrics, and how motion graphics drive engagement.
• Advanced English proficiency to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and content creation.
