Job Description: As a 3D Visualisation Artist, you will be tasked with creating high-quality 3D models and renderings for a diverse range of architectural projects, from room-scale interiors to large-scale exterior designs. You will work across multiple building types, including residential, commercial, and office spaces, translating architectural concepts into photorealistic visual representations that bring these designs to life. Key Responsibilities: Create photorealistic 3D renders for architectural projects, including both interior and exterior designs. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project briefs and deliver renders that exceed expectations. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all work is completed on schedule. Utilise design tools such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, and V-Ray to produce high-quality results. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in 3D Design or Visualisation or a related field. (Desirable) Proven experience in 3D modelling, rendering, texturing, and lighting for architectural projects. Strong skills in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, and V-Ray. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Autodesk AutoCAD or V-Ray. (Desirable)
Experience with Corona or Lumion for advanced rendering techniques. (Desirable)
