Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of Dexodus. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engage our community, and accelerate user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with Dexodus’s business objectives and growth targets. Ensure our brand is consistently represented across all channels.
• Digital Marketing Management: Oversee our digital presence, including website, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve user engagement.
• Community Engagement: Work closely with our community manager to foster a strong, loyal community.
• Develop and execute initiatives that enhance user participation and advocacy.
• Growth and Acquisition: Drive user acquisition through innovative growth marketing strategies. Collaborate with product and sales teams to optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
• Product Launches: Lead marketing efforts for product launches and feature updates, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data to refine strategies and report on ROI to the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A proven track record in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the fintech, crypto, or DeFi sectors. Experience in driving growth through digital channels is essential.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance, understand user behavior, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Team Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
