About The Role / Your Mission
As Content Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for amplifying Cleeng's core values and USPs across platforms and using content to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content in a variety of formats that amplify our product values, attributes and differentiators
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for thought leadership
- Optimize content according to SEO best practices and work on other content optimization/refresh projects, such as internal linking, metadata
- Analyze and report on content performance using analytics tools and adjust the strategy accordingly to maximize KPIs (be familiar with Semrush)
- Define and execute the content strategy in accordance with Cleeng's short-term and long-term marketing targets
The ideal candidate will have the following Competencies
- 3+ years of content experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in the subscription space
- Someone with solid SEO experience who can create optimized content, and is able to balance inclusion of multiple keywords with engaging and user-centric writing
- A versatile writer who's equally comfortable with long-form and short-form content
- Strong portfolio of published work that demonstrates exceptional English writing skills, great attention to detail and the ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible content that improved organic traffic
- Someone who can understand how to get into the mind of our target audience and provide useful insights that resonate with their pain points
- Someone comfortable working in a fully remote environment, adept at asynchronous communication, and flexible in adapting to new tools and processes. You're a pro at keeping the conversation clear, concise, and on-track, even when we're not all online at the same time
