At Aluxion we are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join us on a project in the pharmaceutical industry and play a pivotal role in data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for discovering insights from data.
Responsibilities
Ensure the Data Vault architecture aligns with business requirements and best practices in the pharma industry
Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Good understanding of business processes in Pharma Technical Operations area and pharmaceutical supply chain models
Project Management: Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain data models, write efficient SQL queries, and design and maintain cloud data warehouses
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CLV, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer segmentation
Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to communicate insights effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis and project management
Experience with Data Vault modeling
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in cloud data warehousing platforms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the pharma industry

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python programming language
Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution modeling
