A leading Fintech organization is searching for a dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join its executive team. The CIO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital strategy, driving innovation, and applying disruptive technologies to propel the business forward. Role Purpose

• Lead the organization’s technology infrastructure, applications, tools, and platforms to enhance business effectiveness, optimize assets, and align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop a forward-thinking technology vision that supports and accelerates business strategies, particularly around digital transformation.
• Oversee the core operational systems that power daily global business operations, ensuring they are optimized, secure, and scalable.
• Collaborate across functions to identify and implement cross-company initiatives that increase value, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the fintech space.

Key Experiences

• Proven success in leading a large, global organization within the fintech or digital sectors.
• Experience with enterprise-level transformational programs, with a strong financial acumen and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in executive communication, decision-making, and talent development, particularly within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global technology initiatives, including ERP, CRM and AI data platform transformations.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience leading technology teams within a global organization.
• Strong ability to influence across matrixed structures.
• VP or above-level experience in technology leadership.
