Machine Learning Engineer – NLP & LLM

They are creating a brand new team and need x2 Machine Learning Engineers with strong skills in NLP, LLM and Prompt Engineering to join. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new team, have real input, and be at the forefront of progression opportunities.

The role:

• Develop and deploy NLP models and create prompt engineering solutions
• Collaborate with teams to integrate NLP models into the platform
• Stay updated on NLP and LLM advancements and apply them
• Manage and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality
• Monitor model performance and make iterative improvements
• Document development processes and provide reports to stakeholders

The person:

• 2+ years experience in NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with RAG systems and data handling.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AWS for deployment.

The salary for this opportunity is up to £100k depending on experience, along with fully remote working.
