Middle Manual QA in UKRAINE

AnyforSoft is actively looking for a Junior+/Middle Manual QA to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including both web and mobile applications. Requirements:

• Over 1.5 years of web testing experience, preferably on commercial projects.
• Practical experience with Drupal.
• Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail), and project management tools (JIRA, Redmine, Confluence, Google Docs).
• Familiarity with debugging/testing tools (Chrome DevTools, Postman, BrowserStack).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS & Git.
• Knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles (SDLC, STLC).
• Understanding of web testing methodologies, principles, and tools.
• At least an intermediate level (B1) of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and comprehend written material.
• Ability to express thoughts clearly and accurately; prioritize, follow through, and complete tasks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand tasks and communicate effectively with other team members.
• Responsible and reliable in following plans, completing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Practical experience with test automation.
• Ability to analyze technical logs.
• Basic SQL skills.
• ISTQB (CTFL) certification.
• Advanced degree or additional education in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.
• Upper-intermediate level (B2) proficiency in spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Find, report, and monitor software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for a variety of web applications.
• Deliver tasks on time, meet deadlines, maintain high quality, and be conscious of how your work affects the team and the project.
• Document test results and provide detailed reports of testing activities.
• Work with technical and non-technical team members to gather and understand requirements, and ensure proper execution of test cases.
• Able to communicate with the client in written form.
• Stay open to learning and applying new QA methods and best practices as you discover them.

Steps of the interview:

• Interview with HR (30 minutes);
