We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Northvolt Global Scaling Services (GSS) in Gdańsk and who will be responsible for HR helpdesk perspective, ensuring success in all Northvolters employee lifecycle, globally.
In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding or offboarding process, answering and responding to employee requests such as certificates of employment and general queries.
Key Responsibilities
Taking a leading responsibility over Northvolts HR data
Onboarding:
Validating our incoming employee data
Working together with the central and local Onboarding teams to make sure they have the information they need for new starters start date
Quinyx support – ensuring that managers have their new starters in Quinyx, able to schedule them for their start
Offboarding:
Administrate everything related to the Offboarding process
Coordinate with local HR Coordinators/Generalists for an exit conversation
Give ad-hoc HR support to Northvolt managers via Jira
Administrating reorgs, transfers, promotions, extensions and more
Ensure traceability for all such requests
Answer employee requests such as Certificates of employment and general queries
Drive specific HR improvement projects related to the above processes
Perform other tasks assigned by manager

Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or any related fields
Experience in administrative work or work in the HR field is beneficial
Specific Skills
