Data Process Analyst (relocation to Brussels, Belgium) in PORTUGAL

We are seeking a talented Data Process Analyst willing to relocate to or currently located in Brussels, Belgium.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mapping our business processes from a data perspective in the AS IS environment and in the Target architecture. The candidate will identify and document data flows across various processes, Data model and Data governance offering insights and recommendations for process improvement and data management.

IMPORTANT:

• We are not seeking individuals with experience in BI/Warehouse tools or Data Business Analysts. This role does not involve data modeling or architect-level responsibilities.
• We are hiring for a Data Process Analyst—someone with a focus on process analysis, operating at a more hands-on and operational level. While similar to a data architect, this role emphasizes analyzing how data flows through and supports various processes. We are looking for professionals who specialize in process-oriented data analysis, willing to engage deeply with data at every stage, ensuring that it is effectively integrated and utilized within processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes and data flows.
• Create visual process maps and data flow diagrams.
• Identify data requirements and data integration points across different systems and processes.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and data management improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across different processes and systems.
• Provide support in the design and implementation of data solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, process mapping, and data flow documentation.
• Proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Visio, ARIS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance tools (e.g., Collibra)
