The Role:

As an IT Support, you'll oversee CRM and IT systems to ensure their functionality and integration, optimise marketing funnels, provide technical support, deliver training, and collaborate on strategic IT planning to align with business goals and drive departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM System and Database Management:

  • Oversee CRM operational functionality and data integrity.
  • Customize the CRM system to improve workflow and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other tools and platforms.
  • Implement technical aspects of marketing campaigns within the CRM.
  • Optimize marketing funnels for better customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage data between multiple systems using integrations for enhanced efficiency.

IT Systems Management and Strategic Involvement:

  • Take ownership of IT systems, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executive management on strategic IT planning.
  • Work with the management team to execute strategies and provide key metrics.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align IT initiatives with company goals.
  • Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support and deliver training through the LMS.
  • Shape the future direction of IT and support departmental growth.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of full-time experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a similar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing CRM systems and executing technical tasks related to marketing strategies.
  • Strong technical background in IT systems management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience with Go High Level CRM.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft 365, CanYou, various clinical record systems, Smart Leads, Webflow, Zapier or Make, Twilio, Aircall, and/or Clay.
  • Innovative mindset focused on enhancing systems and processes.
  • Interest in new and emerging SaaS products or the AGI field.
  • Skills in integration, forms, and APIs.
  • Commitment to excellence and a passion for making a significant impact.
