What you'll do:

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing access to our business applications, maintaining efficient workstations, and shaping the overall digital workspace experience at Vandebron. You'll ensure employees have the right tools and resources to succeed. You'll handle technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and automate processes whenever possible. We have a cloud-native strategy, so you'll work with cloud-based applications and SaaS solutions to create a seamless and secure workspace for our team.

While we embrace a hybrid work policy, the IT Administrator role requires some onsite presence in our Amsterdam office for collaborative projects and hands-on support. We offer flexibility within this requirement to accommodate your needs, including options for adjusted hours or compressed work weeks.

How you'll do it:

• Manage and continuously improve our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and automation
• Oversee services and tools that enhance the digital workspace
• Provide friendly and efficient support for technical incidents and service requests
• Support core collaborative SaaS solutions like Google Workspace, Talkdesk, Slack, and Jira
• Manage workplace technology deployment, maintenance, and upgrades in our Amsterdam office
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of users and devices
• Offer IT training and guidance when needed
• Collaborate with teams on equipment installation and support
• Contribute to broader IT projects and improve IT processes and policies

Who you will work with:

You'll be part of the Digital Workspace team at Vandebron, a team committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. You'll collaborate with teams across Vandebron, working closely with People & Culture and Security.

Who you are:

• You have solid experience (3 to 5 years) in IT Support/Helpdesk, with a focus on Apple devices or similar technology.
• You understand IAM concepts and protocols like SSO, SCIM, SAML, OIDC, and Oauth.
• You're proficient with MDM solutions like Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Management, or Hexnode.
• You're familiar with Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and Miro.
• Experience in scripting and automation is a plus.
• You can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• You communicate effectively in English (Dutch is a bonus).
