We are looking for a Technical Product Owner/Manager to drive the execution of Platform Reporting and Data initiatives for our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Ignite Insights product. This role is pivotal in executing initiatives started by the Engineering team, ensuring they align with the broader product strategy and deliver the desired impact.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical product management or data platform operations, with a focus on reporting and data solutions
- Proficiency in reporting tools, data processing technologies, and data pipeline optimization
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, Oracle, AWS) and Enterprise Data Warehousing
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality reporting and data solutions
- Understanding of compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI, and ISO, particularly as they relate to data handling and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management
- Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results within a short timeframe
Nice to Have
- A BS degree in a technical field such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
- Experience in contract or consulting roles

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Engineering team to execute initiatives that have been started, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy and deliver the intended outcomes
- Provide product insights on the potential impact of these initiatives to ensure they meet business objectives
- Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting and data solutions for the EDW and Ignite Insights platform, ensuring that these tools meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and data teams to develop and deliver reporting and data solutions
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor platform performance and data accuracy
- Develop and track key metrics to ensure that our reporting solutions provide actionable insights and meet business needs
- Lead efforts to optimize data pipelines and ensure that data flows efficiently through the EDW and Insights platform
- Work with engineering teams to implement improvements and resolve any data-related issues
- Guide and mentor a team of data engineers and BI specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure all reporting and data solutions comply with relevant regulations, including SOX, PCI, and ISO
- Present reporting and data strategies to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and communicating the value of data-driven decision-making to stakeholders
