Your new role

Are you wanting to kick-start your career in People & Culture? NAB are looking for motivated candidates to immerse themselves in the world of Colleague Services. As a 'Colleague Services Advisor', your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing any ad-hoc HR operations
  • Onboarding colleagues into the payroll system
  • Assisting with people movement, promotions, or relocation within the company
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in relations to people movement or recruitment-related requests, such as business leaders, performance & awards team, and employee relations team.
  • Meeting agreed quality, productivity targets, customer satisfaction rating expectations and SLA's.

Your role will be starting on the 8th October 2024 (Tuesday) for a 12-month temporary contract, paying $37.66ph+super. Colleague Services team works Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4PM with hybrid working model - 2 days from office (must be Tuesdays plus one other day) and 3 days from home.

  • 3 Parramatta Square, Sydney NSW
  • 395 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC

What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer service experience
  • Contact centre or high-volume processing work experience
  • HR-related degree is preferred
