HOPLA.Online is looking for a Part-Time Shopify / WordPress Developer to join our team. You'll work in writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way. Producing detailed specifications. Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases.

Your days will be filled with:
- Develop an interactive and competent Online Shopify & PHP web pages and components
- Proficiency in Shopify templates
- Familiarity with the headless architecture of Shopify
- Generate custom Shopify & PHP Themes and modify pre-existing templates based on defined brand benchmarks
- Work closely with developers and project managers to recognize the potential for any operational issues
- Collaborate with the UX and UI Design Teams to develop exclusive, robust, and innovative front-end user experiences
- Ensure a seamless connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to optimize the store for sheer performance and needed functionalities.
- Specialize in frequent Testing and Debugging of websites for better performance. They often provide Technical Support and Coordination based on their findings, safeguarding businesses from failures.
- Integrate marketing tools and other platform APIs
- Optimizing your website for increased conversion rates.
- Be prepared to act immediately when issues arise, and proactively investigate problems and suggest solutions
Who we are looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in the same position
- Shopify development back-end experience is a MUST
- Experience with Shopify & E-commerce
- Knowledgeable in Shopify, Shopify Hydrogen, Sitecore
- CMS experience is a plus (PHP, Sitecore)
- Experience with documenting requirements
- Experience with developing user documentation
- Good communication skills to communicate with the Project Manager
- Can work in fast fast-paced environment
- Proactive and follows up without being asked
