Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions, including employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, HR systems management, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive company culture and ensuring employee satisfaction while managing the core HR functions that keep our remote workforce operating smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess job satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure positive company culture.
- Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, payroll systems, benefits management, and employee records.
- Lead recruitment processes, including identifying hiring needs, coordinating with department heads, and onboarding new hires.
- Implement strategies to promote employee retention, engagement, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Develop, manage, and improve human resources policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR software.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
