You will play a crucial role in setting and implementing the software development strategy and ensuring the team follows best practices in software engineering. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance software development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development
• Develop and maintain the software development strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and objectives
• Drive the adoption of agile software development methodologies and continuous improvement practices
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions within defined timelines
• Ensure software development processes are efficient, scalable, and reliable, meeting quality standards and industry best practices
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate actions to drive productivity and efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in software engineering, with a track record of successfully leading complex software development projects
• Strong technical background and expertise in software development languages and frameworks
• Proficient in agile methodologies and modern software development practices
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
