Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nether Talent, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging them and understanding their recruitment needs within the blockchain industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sales and the blockchain space, looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the blockchain and crypto space through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and online research.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold outreach (emails, calls, and social media) to engage with potential clients and introduce Nether Talent's recruitment services.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their recruitment needs, assess their potential as clients, and qualify leads for further engagement by the sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them through the sales funnel until they are ready to engage with our senior sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the blockchain industry to effectively communicate the value of Nether Talent's services to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in the recruitment or technology industry.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: A strong interest in and understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency space is essential. Prior experience in the industry is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Driven: Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
