Overview

Enkonix is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving brand growth and has a track record of creating impactful marketing strategies across global markets.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup or venture studio environment for digital products
  • Proven experience of working with different digital marketing channels and strategies for PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing with positive ROMI
  • Solid experience in conducting market pre-research and research of new product ideas
  • Experience with various research methodologies and tools (paid per click, organic search, social media traffic analysis, competitive analysis)
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, HotJar and/or similar tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Enkonix conditions and benefits:
  • 5-day working week from Monday to Friday
  • Office in Lisbon, 4 days a week is a must — Wednesday can be a remote day
  • Relocation after the end of probation if you are not in Lisbon but are okay with moving. Relocation package included
  • 8-hour working day, which starts at 9:00 (Lisbon time)

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-research and research to identify and validate new product ideas and market opportunities, including market analysis, competitor research, and consumer insights for B2B and B2C markets
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create impactful marketing materials and assets
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to maximize ROMI, leveraging data-driven optimization techniques
  • Managing marketing budgets and resource allocation for various campaigns
  • Lead the planning and execution of the marketing strategies with various marketing channels
  • Monitor and analyze product marketing performance metrics (CPA, ROI, ROMI, etc), providing regular reports and recommendations
  • Design, implement, and analyze customer surveys to gather valuable feedback on products, user experience, then refine product positioning
