About the job
As an Engineering Manager in the product development team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of engineering excellence, high performance, and collaborative growth. You will help unblock and motivate engineers where possible and grow the teams sustainably by hiring, training, and retaining the best people.
Our engineering team consists of three application teams, and three cross-departmental teams: Design, Platform Engineering, and Quality Engineering - and you will be leading two of them.
While this role is not a hands-on engineering role, a deep understanding of technology is required to shape the team further and be heavily involved in coaching and architecture development and making sure we deliver on our commitments You'll be part of the Engineering management team, and play a crucial role in driving our product forward.
