Job Overview

The Outbound SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to promote our SaaS products. This role focuses on optimizing our organic online presence to attract potential customers through various channels, including content marketing, link building, and technical SEO.


Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust SEO strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and targets specific customer segments.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords that align with the SaaS offerings and customer intent, focusing on both short-tail and long-tail keywords.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that addresses the needs of potential customers at various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Technical SEO: Perform regular technical audits of the website to identify and resolve SEO issues, ensuring optimal site performance and user experience.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute a link-building strategy to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings. This includes outreach to industry influencers, relevant websites for guest posting and backlink opportunities, as well as cooperation with Link Building agencies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs to track SEO performance, analyze traffic patterns, and report on key metrics to the executive team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure SEO strategies are integrated into overall marketing efforts.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously refine and enhance SEO strategies.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings through effective SEO strategies, especially through Link Building activities.
  • Technical Skills: understanding of technical SEO, including website architecture, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Search Console) to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Content Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with content marketing principles and how they integrate with SEO.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in leading SEO initiatives and managing teams or external agencies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
