We are a technology company working to transform credit and banking in Latin America starting with point of sale finance. We launched in February 2019 and have already served millions of clients and disbursed millions of dollars.

What You Will Do
- As a Lead BA, your mission will be to own an area of the business and be accountable for its performance. As an owner you will be the central node that connects all of our different functions together: data, product, tech, collections, legal, etc.
- Be an expert in data-driven decision making and cross-team collaboration, and constantly think of new ways to improve the Business, whether or not it is related to their direct area of accountability. We expect you to not only drive initiatives, but to also be an end-to-end owner.
- The expert on our Portfolio and Collections area (Portfolio Management, Collections Performance, Strategies and its execution), setting targets and proactively understanding when performance changes vs expectations.
- Establish an early arrears strategy and reduce missed first payment rates by over 10%.
- Identify, test and implement new Forbearance strategies to help clients who are willing but temporarily unable to pay get back on track.
- Increase the Recoveries of charged-off loans by 50% through the use of a segmented outbound approach.
- Lead the update of all Collection Communications, reviewing the content and tone to increase Liquidation Rates by 5%.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Analytics, with at least 2 years of this in Lending. Collections experience is preferable but not a must.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Strong analytical and data capabilities, backed up by technical coding skills. SQL is a must, Python and Looker experience is a plus.
- Daily Coding Experience.
- An understanding of lending economics and have experience developing and deploying underwriting strategies and credit models.
- Have experience in Project Management and co-ordination across teams.
