We are looking for a Level 3 Support Technician to address technical concerns raised by clients. This person should have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate approaches issues with curiosity and will derive fulfillment from finding the root cause of client’s issues.


This is a fully remote position. Working hours will be in United States time zone, 9:00am - 5:00am Eastern Standard Time (that is 9:00pm - 5:00am Philippine time).


Responsibilities:

  • Receive reports of technical issues that client support does not have the technical ability to address.
  • Utilize reproduction steps, databases, and scripts to identify the root cause of the issue.
  • Depending on the bug, you will either fix it, or you will report it to the development team.
  • Occasional communication directly with clients to isolate their issue(s).


Qualifications:

  • Database experience
  • Scripting experience
  • Understanding of system troubleshooting
  • Angular experience
  • Java experience
  • Experience with QA testing
  • Experience with bug reproduction
  • Able to work 9:00am-5:00pm EST
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
