Level 3 Support Technician

We are looking for a Level 3 Support Technician to address technical concerns raised by clients. This person should have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate approaches issues with curiosity and will derive fulfillment from finding the root cause of client’s issues.
This is a fully remote position. Working hours will be in United States time zone, 9:00am - 5:00am Eastern Standard Time (that is 9:00pm - 5:00am Philippine time).
