Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of our swag platform and serve as the go-to technical expert on our product offerings
Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales process to identify customer needs, deliver technical presentations, and showcase how our SaaS product meets and exceeds those needs
Address any technical questions or objections from the client
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Work closely with prospects and clients to design tailored solutions that solve complex business challenges, integrating our SaaS platform with their existing workflows
Support new or existing customer’s technical questions during onboarding, implementation, integration, configuration, and customization
Help develop and prepare software demo presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
2+ years’ experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role in a SaaS company
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science is desired
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cloud-based technologies, APIs, and web-based applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Customer-focused approach and ability to understand and meet the needs of clients
