Our recent mergers and acquisitions have left us with a patchwork of Windows-based shared web hosting platforms. Managing and implementing new features has become a challenge. Our solution is to unify these platforms, enhance security, and standardize operations.
The successful candidate will join our international Shared Hosting Windows team to unify and streamline all our European Shared Windows Hosting platforms into a single, cohesive environment. This unified platform will serve as the foundation for crafting exceptional products and services for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Design secure web hosting platforms
Develop new platform features
Coordinate migrations
Automate platform operations
Work closely with product management, providing technical insights for project guidance
Help the team lead with advice on the architecture and technical direction of a software project
Provide accurate estimations and collaborate on project kick-start assumptions
Adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security requirements
Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies
Collaborate on cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and find innovative solutions

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in effectively communicating security issues and solutions related to code to technical and non-technical stakeholders
