About Us: AI for ROI LLC is a leading provider of B2B new business data, helping Fortune 500
companies optimize their marketing strategies. We are looking for an AI Developer to join our
remote team.
Job Overview: As AI developer, with initial tasking to retrain an OpenAI 4o-mini GPT small
business application, you will collect data and ingest for retraining a 4o-mini. The goal is chatbot
with avatar user-interface. For this and other AI applications you will collaborate with crossfunctional
teams to develop, implement and deploy the AI solutions in the Azure cloud (or AWS
cloud if limitations or issues with Azure). Initially you will use OpenAI’s GPTs; longer-term you
will develop other generative and predictive AI algorithms and software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy retrained GPT customized applications.
• Develop AI models to enrich and process large datasets for marketing optimization.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to improve data accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing
workflows.
• Continuously monitor and refine AI models for optimal performance.
• Contribute to the development of new AI-driven features and products.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience with retraining and developing GPT applications.
• Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Julia or similar languages for AI.
• Experience with data processing and big data technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in marketing or data enrichment projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
