This is fully remote role within the EU. Please only apply to this role if you have laundry relationships within the home textile hospitality category.
Home Textile Hospitality Category: Clear focus on business development. The key is to develop the bath and bed category with hotel chains, laundries, boutiques, care homes, hospitals etc., including positioning, branding and future development.
Ensure customer retention and acquisition in existing and new market segments as well and managing key accounts. Work on developing new business leads maximising business opportunities in terms of volume and value.
Key Accountabilities
Identifying new sales leads
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry event
Pitching products and/or services
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales plan and ensuring they are met
Maintaining existing customers relationship / business
Handle current business day to day queries
Prepare and initiate regular meetings with customers
Identify new opportunities within current customers
Drive and work closely on seasonal product offering with design and merchant teams
Liaise with factories/suppliers
Relevant experience:
Proven sales success in the Hospitality Home textile Industry with textile knowledge.
Sales experience working with leading hotel chains, launders, institutional sales – essential
Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company’s services.
