Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
Proven experience 3-5 years in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
Strong understanding of organizational culture and its impact on employee engagement
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Creative thinking and the ability to innovate engagement strategies
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Goal driven and can work in fast pace working environment
