Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.


You will be responsible for:

  • Prepare new employee files and employment contracts;
  • Update internal databases (e.g. new employees, holidays and sick leaves) and maintain personnel records;
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues;
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) and prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications;
  • Work closely with senior management to develop policies and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for headquarters and country offices;
  • Work with staff to ensure proper administration of benefits and allowance, payroll data, and changes employee information;
  • Serve as a resource in the development and updating of local HR salary scales, benefits, and policies;
  • Support Visa Dept. about work authorization issues if they occur, for transfers between offices and countries;
  • Assists in communicating relocation packages; answers questions and resolves escalated issues from employees.
About you:
  • Bachelor degree in International Business, Human Relations or related field;
  • +6 months of experience as HR Admin/Accountant;
  • Polish native;
  • English fluent;
  • German nice to have;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and intercultural skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow and interpret compliance laws and regulations;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure;
  • Teamwork skills.
Location:
  • Warsaw, Poland
  • 70% on site, 30% remote working
