About The Position
原画师帮助定义游戏的视觉设计。他们应该富有想象力，注重细节，并精通不同类型的数字绘画。他们还应该是一个很好的交流者，并能快速理解给予他们的指导和概念。
The concept artist helps define the visual designs of the game. They should be imaginative, have an eye for detail, and skilled at digital painting for different genre. They should also be a good communicator and quick to understand direction and concepts given to them.
Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities
Creation of 2D concept art for mainly game characters, also have chance to try environments
Liaise with game development team to understand project requirements
Work closely with Lead or Art Director to understand project Art Direction
Quickly iterate from feedback from Lead or Art Director
Develop concept to finished artwork
为游戏制作2D概念美术，主要负责角色项目，有机会尝试其他项目
与游戏开发团队沟通，了解项目需求
协同组长或美术总监了解项目的美术方向
根据组长或美术总监的反馈快速迭代更新
将概念设计开发为美术成品
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Solid drawing skills and good sense of color
Creativity and sense of color is superb, a good sense of innovation design
Be familiar with structure of human body and other creatures
Be familiar with realistic and cartoon style
Master of Photoshop, Painter and other related software
Proficiency of using graphics tablet to painting
Good Communication Skills And Interpretation Abilities
Have certain knowledge of 3D production process, game production experience is preferred
Passionate about game development
