Our Client:

An investment management firm offering a multistrategy hedge fund.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and optimization of a distributed back-end system.

• Engage in the creation and enhancement of in-house tools and libraries for pre-trade analysis, market analysis, and pricing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development, with strong knowledge of C++11, C++14, and C++17 standards.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining distributed back-end systems.

• Solid grasp of object-oriented design patterns.

• Proficient in using version control systems, such as Git or SVN.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English.

• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• High attention to detail, well-organized, with a strong sense of ownership over your work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.

• Experience in fixed income pricing and risk analysis.

• Proficiency in Python and/or Java.

• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.

• Understanding of financial mathematics and statistics.

• Previous experience in the financial sector.
