Role Description
As a Tier2 support engineer you'll be part of a team that receive tasks either by a phone call or through the ticketing system, your soft skills will become truly important for this role, soft skills plus technical capabilities will make you succeed on this role.
You will closely work with both Tier1 and Tier3 teams to gather customer's data and then making use of the company's provided tools be able to analyze/troubleshoot/test and fix the reported issues.
