• Create appealing, user-friendly interfaces with clients and our team
• Transform client needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Ensure great user experience across all platforms and devices
• Refine designs based on client and team feedback
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and technologies

• Proven UI/UX Designer experience with a strong portfolio
• Figma proficiency is a must
• Basic Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills (Optional)
• Knowledge of Framer/Webflow is a big plus (Optional)
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication skills - clear writing, effective remote collaboration, strong verbal skills for discussions and presentations
• Keen eye for detail - committed to high-quality work with minimal mistakes

• Remote Work: Work from anywhere in Indonesia
• Standard Hours: 7 hours/day, 9:00-16:00 WIB, 1-hour lunch break. Flexible break arrangements available
• Competitive Pay: Starting at IDR 7,000,000/month, possible raise after 3-month trial
