We are looking for a remote Video Content Editor for a full-service digital marketing agency based in the U.S.
The candidate must be highly skilled and experienced in video content editing for multiple social platforms and also experienced in working directly with clients.
Location: Latin America
Contract Type: This role starts as a contract, with a contract-to-hire option available.
The Role
Edit and refine video content, including adding graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects.
Tailor video content to suit different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and their specific formats and audience expectations.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improvements to videos.
Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an organized library for easy retrieval and repurposing.
Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with branding guidelines.
Actively participate in internal team meetings and client meetings, contributing insights and ideas where appropriate.
Coaching and strategy client calls.
Sales and upselling.
Traveling and shooting.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to team to ensure alignment on all projects.
Track and provide reporting/documentation on team costs at a monthly basis.
Follow client onboarding and new client invoicing processes.
Participate in interim weekly syncs with CEO and Accounting to align business and team expenses.
Track hours spent per client in Asana.
Must-Have:
Experienced and highly skilled at video content editing
Experienced in working across multiple social platforms
Experience with Asana
Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills
