We are seeking a highly motivated Amazon Sales Specialist to manage and optimize our client's sales operations on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including listing optimization, keyword research, and sales analytics. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring our Amazon store runs smoothly.
Work schedule: 9am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and keywords to enhance visibility and conversion rates
Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and resolve any issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure products are always available for sale
Advertising & Promotions: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions, and other marketing activities to boost sales
Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive in the market
Reporting: Generate and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales trends, and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Amazon sales, preferably in a similar role
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization, Ads, and inventory management
Proficient in using analytical tools like Amazon Business Reports, Google Analytics, etc
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is a plus
