Hey there,
Welcome to tb.lx – we are building sustainable transportation solutions in a hybrid work setup. Join us - we are looking for you!
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in defining the project’s scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Lead. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and control of the customer portal. You will proactively manage the project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery, ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders and updating them on the project's status and progress, acting as their go-to person for questions and clarifications.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll facilitate the collaboration and communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure that necessary tasks, resources, and documentation come together seamlessly for successful project delivery. As a result, you will be expected to help your team to find alternative solutions to solve problems and celebrate and recognize their achievements.
A stable, high-quality product is the entire team's responsibility, and you will create detailed project plans, establish timelines, and oversee all project activities to ensure alignment with defined objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track, as well as ensuring that the project is delivered successfully, meeting all stakeholder expectations, successfully reaching expected milestones and project KPIs, and seeing through the entirety of the project Road Map, all while maintaining high-quality standards.
Once the project is concluded you’ll start to naturally grow into a Product Manager role.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management or a similar role;
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve project performance;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines and keep the project on-track and on-time;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Experience working with project management tools, such as Jira, Hub Planner, etc.;
- Solid problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, that will empower you to respond to unexpected challenges creatively and with resilience;
- A proactive mindset, powered by adaptability, creativity, and persistence;
- Experience with Agile methodologies – Kanban, Scrum, etc. – and familiarity with how to follow best practices, for these methodologies;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Interest and motivation to grow into a Product Manager;
- Experience with managing project roadmaps through to completion, including all phases on the product discovery and delivery lifecycle.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…
